31 Bits Launches New "Elasticity" Collection

The team at 31 Bits Jewelry are more than just California (and Uganda) girls. Just when you think you've seen it all, this company always has something new and exciting up its sleeve - showing us the newest fun and innovative way to wear recycled paper beads.

The company's newest launch is that of the "Elasticity" line, which includes necklaces that are made on elastic and can be worn in several different ways.
